hello... I see several comments here, asking how to join, and no answers. that's a bit discouraging!

but I will leave a post anyway. I am a direct descendant of Gaspard Boucher (thru one line) and Marin Boucher (thru five lines)... that I know of, so far. However, they have all gone to female lines by the early 1700's.

Perhaps Denis Boucher is not intersted in this website anymore. He has not posted anything since 2007. I wonder if there is someone we can contact regarding this? Anyone have any ideas?

My father (born 1934: Edmond D'Orville Clairmont, later adopted as Ted Edmond Callear) descends from Gaspard Boucher through BOTH his mother: Francys Blanch PRICE (9th great-granddaughter of Gaspard) and Joseph Augustus CLAIRMONT (7th great-grandson of Gaspard). That makes Gaspard my 9th AND my 11th great-grandfather. I'd like to sign on as well. I see the last post here was May 2010... so we are not exactly knocking in the doors,

What a stumble. So cool. I would love to become a member. My grandfather destroyed our records so I have only recently learned of my history. Pacifique Bouche, my grandfather, would be great(x6)grandson of Quatrin Boucher. My fathers middle name was Everice. I can only assume that came from my great, great grandfather Evariste Bouche.

I posted earlier today but forgot to leave my email address. You are welcome to email me at StvnLynaW@cox.net

Descendants of Pierre dit Saint-Pierre DuCuront can also become members? I finished a research trip to Castelneau Riviere-Basse in les Haut-Pyrenees years ago.

Hello, I am also a direct descendant of Marin Boucher from his son Francois and I am very interested in becoming a member. I see that several people indicated that they were unable to get a response to this type of request. I hope that that has been remedied. Or, that maybe all of us who are interested descendants could get this association going if it has somehow lapsed. Anyway, my name is Madeleine Brault LaRose. My mother was Blanche Juliette Boucher. I live in Nashua, NH and my contact email is mplarose@comcast.net.

Hello, my name is Jonathan Bushey. How do I join your association? I am a direct decendant of Marin Boucher, I am his Great X11 Grandson. My family is documented to have the surname Boucher as far back as the early 1400s. In the 1850s my family came down to the United States from Canada. On the U.S. Census in 1860 they began mis-spelling our name to Busha and then within two generations it turned to Bushey and it has been so ever since. Would appreciate any information you can provide me. Thank you. JonathanB2004@me.com

Hi, My brother has already determined via DNA testing that he is a descendant of Marin Boucher. Filling in those who fit in between is the hard part. My particular brick wall is a Pierre Boucher, who, circa 1824 married Julie Denis De Laronde, the half breed daughter of Charles Francois Denis De Laronde and his wife, Magdeleine Pewadjiwonokwe. I have never been able to determine who Pierre's parents were, although there are several possiblilites. Please do not tell me it was Antoine Boucher & Catherine Racine--I have already determined though a correspondence with a priest at La Praire, who did a thorough search of all records on that family, that this was not possible. Can anyone help me with this?

I too would like to join in on this blog. my 9th generation grandfather was Marin, and his son Francois was my 8th generation grand father. I would like to connect with my family and too have had my DNA test done.

I told myself that any loan lender that could change my life and that of my family after having been scammed separately by these online loan lenders, I will refer to anyone who is looking for loan for them. It gave me and my family happiness, although at first I had a hard time trusting him because of my experiences with past loan lenders, I needed a loan of $300,000.00 to start my life everywhere as single mother with 2 children, I met this honest and God fearing online loan lender Gain Credit Loan who helped me with a $300,000.00 loan, working with a loan company Good reputation.
